Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the commission split?
A: Your starting split is 70% to you, 30% to the agency

Q: What systems do you use?
A: 
We use a CRM called Travefy for client facing and backend management for your business.
We also use multiple inter-agency systems for company communications, tools, and resources.

Q: What are your CLIA requirements?
A: 
In order to get your personal CLIA card you need to earn $500 paid out from providers.
This amount is calculated before the commission split

Q: What fees do you have?

A:  There is a monthly administrative fee of $40 that includes your CRM service

Q: Are there any business restrictions or non-competes?
A: 
No, your business is yours. We do not have a non-compete and anything you build is yours;
personal clients/bookings, individual Facebook groups, guides- you build it, you keep it. 


Q: What if I'm brand new? Do you provide training?
A: Yes! We have a full on-boarding process; From how to use our company systems, sales, marketing, and how to brand yourself. We help get you fully integrated.

Q: What should I expect schedule wise?
A: 
 We typically have four meetings a week with the exception of  holidays and emergencies. Most weeks the meetings include 3 trainings of various topics and an office hours. Office hours is typically a drop-in free topic format to address any random questions, concerns, or just be social. Twice a month, one of the meetings a week are company focused meetings instead of trainings. We have a company announcement meeting the 2nd Sunday of each month and a monthly reflection and goal setting meeting on the 4th Sunday of each Month.

Attendance at meetings is optional but highly recommended to grow as a business and connect with fellow agents. You also get one complimentary in-depth 1:1 with one of the agency leadership every quarter. Our inboxes are always open and additional in-depth guidance is available outside of the existing trainings and the complimentary 1:1's. Scheduling for additional 1:1's is based around agency leadership schedules and availability.
